The Minto Group generously supports
the project
ROCKLAND – July 29
2008 – The City of Clarence-Rockland’s Recreational and Cultural
Complex Fundraising Campaign Cabinet is proud of the support shown
by the Minto Group. This large
local company presented the fundraising campaign with a contribution
of $100,000.
Minto is a family owned and operated business that has grown from
a small homebuilder into a fully integrated real estate development,
construction and management company with operations in Ottawa, Florida
and Toronto. The company’s mission is to provide quality residential
and commercial accommodations to satisfy the needs of the marketplace
as well support and enhance the growth and well being of the communities
in which they operate.
“Minto is so happy to contribute to
this new community complex. As
a new home builder, we understand that local neighbourhoods need
a lot more than just houses to thrive and be vibrant. Meeting
places and venues for sports, performing arts and the like are
essential to a good quality of life for families.” stated
Roger Greenberg, CEO of the Minto Group.
“I am proud of this announcement from the
Minto Group. I have been in a business relationship with this company
for many years and they are truly a community oriented organization,”
concluded Mr. Alain Potvin, President of A. Potvin Construction
and Co-Chair of the Recreational and Cultural Complex Fundraising
Campaign Cabinet.
