Event Promotional Program
The Special Events Committee encourages fundraising events and
is looking for partners within our community to support and encourage
the fundraising events in favor of the “Building the Heart of our
Community” Fundraising Campaign.
The committee truly values the contribution and
willingness of individuals, organizations and businesses that generously
initiate fundraising events and activities in support of the Campaign.
We understand and appreciate the commitment and the investment of
time and resources required for the successful execution of events
by our community members.
The Special Events Committee has created
a Tool Kit to assist with the execution of events and offers you
the following:
- posting of the Event on the campaign website
as well as the City of Clarence-Rockland website;
- advertising on the Parc Simon Electronic Board;
- posting of your Event flyers on designated community
bulletin boards;
- event listing in the Vision (when available);
- assistance with Flyer distribution throughout
the community;
- announcement of your Event at the City Council
meetings;
- event assistant by CDC volunteer members.
